Various workshops for CoE Academics
The College of Engineering at Al Ain University organized a various workshops for its academics from both campuses, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, to develop their skills and keep them updated with the latest developments in the engineering fields.
Mr. Ayman Odeh presented the first workshop entitled “E-portfolio system” which give the opportunity for academics to download files, research, articles and others and present them to the public. Where, the CoE is aiming to apply the e-portfolio system starting from the current semester, hence, the other colleges will be using the system in the upcoming semesters.
The second workshop was presented by Dr. Qutaibah Al Thebyan, Dean of the CoE, about the CLO assessment in order to have a scientific assessment of the Program Learning Outcomes in order to enhance program quality and to suggest any developments towards the programs, and to develop the abilities of the faculty members in assessing the offered curriculum and designing plans to develop assessment curriculum methods.
