Biography

More than 15 year of research and teaching experience in dosage form development especially Nano medicine and its interactions with biological system to treat chronic inflammatory diseases.
Design and validate the cell co-culture model to treat lung Cancer. Expertise in conducting various in vitro and in vivo techniques including cell culturing, cell viability essay, western blotting, ELISA and PCR. Also work on Flow Cytometry and Confocal microscope. Moderate experience to work on atomic force microscopy, X-rays diffractions, FT-IR and micro-calorimetry.
Develop the Physiological Based Pharmacokinetic Model (PBPK) of few drugs. Interoperate the ADMET properties and Pharmacokinetic compartmental properties of drugs. Simulate their possible Drug- drug interaction and validate them in vivo plasma concentration time curve using multiple doses and dosage form.
