• Designing and implementing Randomized Controlled Clinical Trials to evaluate the impact of pharmaceutical care interventions on health outcomes in patients with different chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, CAD, CKD and COPD
• Exploring community pharmacists’ knowledge, attitudes, practices and the barriers to provide different health services and techniques in the community pharmacy setting, and their role in patient counseling on disease and medicine management of different chronic diseases
• Utilization of technology and AI in the community pharmacy setting
• Patterns of drug-related problems and dispensing errors in the community pharmacy setting
• Public knowledge, attitudes, practice of different health-related topics such as screening for different type of cancers, drug-food interactions, expectations from community pharmacy service, AI utilization in healthcare settings, .
• Investigating the factors associated with blood pressure, blood glucose and lipid control among patients with different cardiovascular diseases.
• Investigating the factors associated with poor disease control in patients with different chronic diseases, such as dyslipidemia, type 2 diabetes, asthma, COPD and rheumatoid arthritis.
• Investigation of variables associated with medication non-adherence in patients with different chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, CHD, CKD and COPD
• Investigation of variables associated with health-related quality of life in patients with different chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, CHD, CKD and COPD
• Identifying different drug therapy problems (DTPs), the variables associated with such DTPs and its effect on clinical outcomes in patients with chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, CAD, CKD and COPD.
• Evaluating patterns of antibiotics use in patients with different infectious diseases.
