A Workshop entitled; Drug Information and Pharmacovigilance
The College of Pharmacy at Abu Dhabi Campus, in collaboration with the Department of Health (DOH), organized a workshop for students titled “Drug Information and Pharmacovigilance.” The workshop was presented by two distinguished speakers, Alaa Hussein, a Specialist in Poison Information, and Hanin Nayel, RPh, BCPS, and a Specialist in Poison Information. The workshop covered various important topics related to drug information and pharmacovigilance, including; Drug & Poison Information Service, Antidote Monitoring Service, Management and Publication of Adulterated Supplement Lists, Public Awareness, Drug and Poison Information Guide the workshop aimed to provide students with a in-depth knowledge about drug safety and management, raising awareness on critical issues in pharmacovigilance and promoting public health.
