Research Interests

  • Mucosal drug delivery
  • Development of multifunctional excipients e.g. Thiomers, Proteolytic enzyme decorated conjugates, Phosphorylated polymers.
  • Novel nano and micro carriers based on multifunctional excipients, for instance, Liquid crystalline nanoparticles/micells/SEDDS  with mucoadhesive, mucus penetrating, zeta potential changing, cell penetrating properties.
