More than 17 years of experience in research and teaching in the field of development of dosage forms, especially nanomedicines and their interactions with the biological system for the treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases.
Design and validate the cell co-culture model for the treatment of lung cancer. Experience in performing various in vitro and in vivo techniques including cell culturing, cell viability assay, western blotting, ELISA and PCR. You will also work with flow cytometry and confocal microscope. Moderate experience working with atomic force microscopy, X-ray diffraction, FT-IR and microcalorimetry.
Develop the physiologically based pharmacokinetic model (PBPK) for a few drugs. Interoperate the ADMET properties and the pharmacokinetic compartment properties of drugs. Simulate the possible drug-drug interactions and validate the plasma concentration-time curve using multiple doses and dosage forms.
